My name is Karen, and I am a photographer based in Glasgow. I’ve recently moved down from the Highlands, where I have been based for many years. I first became interested in Photography when I was living in Australia, as a way to capture the epic landscapes that were quite different to home. Since then, I have graduated with a degree in Psychology and worked in administrative and community-based roles. I finally have taken the plunge to re-ignite my passion for Photography and have brought together some examples of my work and testimonials here.

I don’t tend to box myself into specific categories of photography. However, much of my experience has been in Music & Events - the dark and dingy spots, where my cameras abilities are really put to the test! However, I have also been enjoying experimenting with the shades and shadows of nature in my natural-light lifestyle photography.

I enjoy approaching all work with a collaborative attitude, and will listen to and integrate your ideas with my own style.
